Farzana Baduel is Chief Executive and Co-Founder of Curzon PR and President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (2026). An internationally recognised strategic communications adviser, she specialises in reputation management and high-stakes communications, advising governments, global corporations and institutions. Farzana also serves as an expert at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and is a presenter on BBC Radio 4’s When It Hits the Fan.
She holds trustee roles at The HALO Trust and Soho Theatre, and serves on the Ministry of Justice’s English Law Promotion Panel.

As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Curzon PR, Farzana leads mandates spanning crisis communications, public affairs, executive positioning and institutional reputation management. Her clients include government ministries, multinational corporations, NGOs and sovereign institutions across the UK, United States, Middle East and South Asia.
Farzana was elected President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) for 2026, the professional body representing more than 11,000 communications practitioners across the UK. She also serves as an expert at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School and is a presenter on BBC Radio 4’s When It Hits the Fan, where she brings expert insight to the public conversation on reputation and crisis communications.
Her board and advisory appointments reflect a strong commitment to public service and cultural leadership. These include serving as a trustee of The HALO Trust, the world’s largest humanitarian landmine clearance organisation; trustee of Soho Theatre; and Panel Member of the Ministry of Justice English Law Promotion Panel, convened by the UK Deputy Prime Minister as part of the Modern Industrial Strategy.
